Himalay Putra

Himalay Putra is a 1997 Hindilanguage Indian romance film directed by Pankaj Parashar, starring Vinod Khanna, Hema Malini, Johnny Lever, Satish Shah, Danny Denzongpa, Amrish Puri and Rocky Grover. It introduced Akshaye Khanna, Anjala Zaveri and Shazia Malik.

The film had a satisfactory opening but failed to do business and was considered a below average grosser. However, it did very well in the interior parts of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Himalaya Putra was most shot in Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh and two of the songs were shot in prestigious St. Josephs College, Nainital.
